The sacrificial goat is visible to the right of the frame. The timestamp confirms this gathering took place on 5 July 2026 at 14:39 — in the days surrounding the filing of the writ.

Participants moved through the area in traditional white ceremonial dress. The scale and organisation of the event confirms this was a planned, formal installation ceremony — not a spontaneous gathering.

Before the Writ Was Filed — Libation and Sacrifice

Photographs and video recordings directly identify Alexander Yartey Boi (second defendant) performing libation rites at the ceremony. A goat was brought for sacrifice and is documented being carried. These recordings were made before or at the time the Writ of Summons was being processed — the ceremony triggered the legal action, not the other way around.

Alexander Yartey Boi (second defendant) is photographed inside the Abeka Stool Secretariat holding the libation bottle — the implement used to perform the traditional invocation that formally opens a chieftaincy installation. The ceremonial stool dressed in blue velvet is visible behind him.

The Sacrificial Goat

A goat brought for sacrifice is documented being carried at the ceremony. The participant visible in the background is wearing a t-shirt bearing the name Asafoanye Naa Yarley — confirming the sacrifice and the Asafoanye installation were part of the same coordinated ceremony.

Night Gathering — 3 July 2026

The night session of 3 July 2026 drew a large crowd to the venue. Approximately 12 Asafoanye (female warrior officials) and 12 or more Asafoatse (male warrior officials) participated in the proceedings — a scale that demonstrates the depth of the unauthorised installation. The event was conducted openly and without the knowledge or sanction of the rightful chieftaincy authority.

A large crowd seated in rows attended the night session of the ceremony. The gathering extended across the full width of the venue, confirming that dozens of people witnessed and participated in the unauthorised installation.

The interior of the premises was packed with attendees during the night session. The density of the crowd and the organised seating arrangement underscores the public, planned nature of the installation.

Note: Nuumo Naewe — Invited Guest Who Departed Early

Clarification — Nuumo Naewe

Nuumo Naewe was present at the event having been invited. Upon arriving, he asked: "Where is the Abeka Dzaasetse?" He was told: "He is coming." Realising that the rightful authority — Nii Apiakai Boi I, the Abeka Dzaasetse — was not present and had not sanctioned the proceedings, Nuumo Naewe departed early.

In a subsequent phone call with the Abeka Dzaasetse, Nuumo Naewe confirmed: when he observed the right people were not present, he left. Nuumo Naewe is not a defendant in case GJ/0900/26 and is not implicated in the unauthorised installation.
